Can I Cancel a Booking on Ice Exchange?Yes, bookings can be canceled, provided that the user cancels at least 72 hours in advance. Users who intend to cancel within the 72 hour window will be unable to do so and will need to resell their ice time on the marketplace.

I am a rink owner, how do I upload our schedule?As a rink owner, you must first create and set up a rink owner account. Upon completion, you then are able to create and upload schedules. This can be done manually or via any .csv and .xls files that you may already have.

How do I create my first open ice or program ice for sale as a facility, organization, or coach?1. Create account. 2. Set up bank account with stripe to accept payments. 3. Create the facility and the rinks/partitions. 4. Create a schedule using the create schedule button of open ice or program ice. * organization's and coaches can create indirect rink schedules which is ice that is already contracted from the rink. Follow same steps except create an indirect rink instead of facility rink. for example Myhro Hockey Performance/Chelsea Piers

How does ice exchange help ice rinks, organizations, and coaches market their ice time and ice programs?Each schedule in ice exchange that is created is it's own url and can be shared via social, text, and email with a preview page and from this page customers can book the schedules. The schedule details page can have a marketing image or ice rink image with a description of details of what the offering consists of. For example, a learn to skate program for beginners. These links and url pages can be easily copied and pasted.
